1.Feature with environmental test chamber:
1. Graceful appearance, circularly shaped body, surface treated
with mist strips, and plane handle with no reaction. Easy to
operate, safe and reliable.
2. Rectangular double-glassed watching window for the observation
of the test production during the testing process.The window is
equipped with sweat-proof electrical heating device that can
prevent water steam from condensing into droplets, and with high
brightness PL fluorescent bulbs to provide light inside the box.
3. Double-layer-insulated airtight doors, able to insulate the
internal temperature effectively.
4. Water supply system that is externally connectable, convenient
for refilling water into the humidifying pot and automatically
recyclable.
5. The French Tecumseh brand is used for the circulation system of
the compressor, capable of removing the lubricant between the
condensation pipes and capillaries. The environment-protecting
coolant is used for the whole series (R232,R404)
6. Imported LCD display screen is used for the control unit,
capable of displaying the measured value as well as the set value
and time.
7. The control unit has the functions of multiples segment program
editing, and of quick or slope control of temperature and humidity.
8. Inserted mobile pulley, convenient for movement a relocation,
with strong positioning screws.
2.Refrigeration/Dehumidification Systems
2-1 Refrigeration Accessories:
2-1-1 Compressor:
Vortex cascade type mechanical refrigerating system
Good refrigeration scale, low noise, low energy consumption, high
efficiency.
Two compressors are used for the machine to ensure Long-term &
stable operation
2-1-2 Refrigeration Evaporator:
Finned evaporators are used for increasing heat exchange efficiency
by 30%.
This evaporator has the advantages of beautiful look, compact
shape, and fast cooling effect.
2-1-3 Oil Separator & Refrigeration Oil: Enough high-quality
refrigeration oil is most important for
Refrigeration compressor, which will directly affects its service
life. If the refrigeration oil runs into
refrigeration system, especially into heat exchangers, the
performance will greatly reduces. So oil
separator with best performance is provided for this machine, with
stable viscosity.
2-1-4 High Efficiency Condensing Evaporator: The world advanced
brazed plate heat exchanger is used for
high heat transfer intensity, also this exchanger is not easy to
scale
2-2 Cooling Mode: Mechanical cooled /air cooled
2-3 Main Refrigeration Accessories: Solenoid valve, manual valve,
filters, expansion valve, pressure
Controller, vibration absorber tube, diminisher, electronic
expansion valve are all world famous brand.
2-4 Refrigerants: R22, R23 or R404A, which is totally environmental
friendly.
3.Chamber Constructure
3-1 Console Model Chamber:
3-1-1 The workspace is located at the left side or as to the user
requirements;
3-1-2 Refrigeration unit cabinet located in the right side;
3-1-3 Electric control part is placed in the refrigeration unit
cabinet, with operation panel on the front Chamber exterior is made
of cold rolled steel with powder-painted, interior is stainless
steel SUS304 #;
3-1-4 Thermal insulation material is flame retardant polyurethane
rigid foam, of 100-150mm thickness.
3-2 Refrigeration Unit Cabinet:
3-2-1 Located in the right side of the chamber, and refrigeration
compressors are installed on its frame,
3-2-2 Special door for maintenance & repair is provided.
3-2-3 Acoustical boards are used for lowing noise to maximum limit.
3-3 Chamber door:
3-3-1 Single door or double door, according to customer’s
requirement
3-3-2 Silicon rubber is used for high sealing effect, high / low
temperature resistance, anti-aging, and good
Sealed performance.
3-5-4 Lighting Device: two interior lights of 12W/36V,
moisture-proof & explosion-proof, can be directly manual switch
controlled from the outside.
3-5 Chamber Bottom:
3-5-1 Height distance to the floor is 200mm; chamber base board is
slightly slant with drain hole for letting out the condensed water.
3-5-2 Interior chamber floor contains many stiffeners, to enable
the floor load capacity ≥500Kg / m2, wheel impact ability≥1MT;
3-5-3 Movable entry ramp is provided.
3-6 Other constructure details
