Application about temperature humidity vibration test system:
Vibration chambers combined with temperature are available for
temperature & vibration testing or temperature, humidity and
vibration. Our this combined test system perform tailored
environmental stress screening & reliability tests to reduce
product development time, reveal hidden manufacturing defects and
improve product reliability.
Model: THV-1000-F, consists of vibration system and temperature system.
Heated humidification system:
1.Adopt U-TYPE SUS#304ss Electric heat pipe heater
2.Humidify barrel made of SUS#304ss,with observation glass and
electromagnetic valve of
water level
3.Idepently heat,wet humidify,dehumidify system. 4.With auto
heating,wetting and demist function,with observation glass and
imported tube. 4.Humidification water recycling, automatic filling
water system,25L built in draw-out type
water tank .
Saftey device spring vibration tester:
1.With no-fuse protection switch
2.Over-heat protection
3.Ceramics E-16 fuse
4.high low temperature protection switch for compressor
