Application:
The Computerized Single-Column Tensile Test Apparatus mainly used for
testing of metal and non-metal materials, such as rubber, plastic,
wire and cable, fiber optic cable, safety belt, safety belt,
leather belt composite, plastic profile, waterproof coil, steel
pipe, copper, profile, spring steel, Stretching, compression,
bending, shearing, peeling, tearing, two-point extension of bearing
steel, stainless steel (and other high-hardness steel), castings,
steel plates, steel strips, non-ferrous metal wires, etc. A variety
of experiments.
This machine adopts mechatronic design, which is mainly composed of
load cell, transmitter, microprocessor, load drive mechanism,
computer and color inkjet printer. It has a wide and accurate
loading speed and force range. It has high precision and
sensitivity for load and displacement measurement and control. It
can also perform automatic control test of constant velocity
loading and constant velocity displacement. Floor-standing models
and styling coatings fully consider the principles of modern
industrial design and ergonomics.
